Story
Between the 2nd and 6th of May this year I ran the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, all 186 miles (300 km) and 35,000ft of it from Amroth in the South to St Dogmaels in the North along with my good friend and team mate Andy Harries who clocked over 220km of running.
We ran fully self supported to raise money for Velindre Cancer Centre. The charity are, and have been, hugely supportive in the care of a number of close friends touched by this terrible disease, raising this money will, in a small way, help fund their future good work.
