We provide free expert care and support to people affected by life-limiting illness

Story

Paul Cane who is the Managing Director for a local company Vendmaster in Milton Keynes will be abseiling 400 feet down the Northampton lift tower. Northampton lift tower is the tallest permanent abseil tower in the world.

Vendmaster Ltd was founded in 1999 and supprted Willen Hospice for the last 10 years in any way they can. Each year Vendmaster have been proud sponsors of Willen Hospice's Mid Night Moo events in Milton Keynes as well as Willen Hospice having its very own charity spiral in all of Paul's Vending machines making a donation to Willen hospice for every sale from this spiral.

Paul believes in giving back and has always had Willen Hospice close to his heart when it comes to events and raising funds for good causes.

Willen Hospice provides specialist end-of-life care for adults, focusing on four key areas: specialist symptom control, emotional support, spiritual support and care for carers.Often the most distressing aspect of living with life-limiting illnesses is the types of pain and symptoms which can arise. Our team of dedicated staff and volunteers can give compassionate, specialist support to patients, and their family members, to help deal with, as they wish to, the physical and emotional effects of both their illness and treatments.
