Hello! Thanks for popping onto my page. 

I'll be running the Great Manchester 10k on 22nd May in support of Horwich Farrelly's chosen charity of the year: Alzheimer's Society. 

Before beginning training for this (early March), I hadn't ran in any significant capacity for basically my whole life, so for me this is as much a personal goal as it is to raise money for Alzheimer's Society. Also turns out running is actually...kind of fun...in a weird, 'ouch-this-is-painful-but-worth-it' sort of way.
