When I learned about the Jesuit Volunteer Corp, the first thing that stood out to me was their commitment to their core values: spirituality, simple living, community, and social justice. These are four values that I hold close to my heart and that I continuously aspire to. I am excited to join a community that emphasizes these values and will stimulate my growth. I am also so excited to be serving at Preble Street, living and serving in a way that acknowledges and honors the humanity and dignity of each individual.
