We are a motley crew of 40 somethings (+ a bit in some cases!!) that want to do something great (and gruelling) for some wonderful causes: MS Society (this page), Mind and Love Kingston. We know that through a mix of good fortune and hard work,we are privileged to have little to complain about, at a time when so many others are not as fortunate as ourselves. We are greatful to be happy and healthy and this is our way of hopefully helping to improve the health and happiness of others, at the minor expense of a few blisters and tired muscles.
