Story

We are a team of hardworking nurses at the vascular ward in the QEUH. We meet people at a very difficult time in their lives, when they undergo major lower limb amputation. We know first hand how life changing this time in their life is, and once they are discharged from the ward, we often wonder how they get on. Thanks to Finding Your Feet, we know that there are good people out there, looking out for them, and supporting them, beyond their stay with us.

Our team of Step Superheroes are taking Finding Your Feet's 2 million steps challenge throughout February to raise money which will provide Scottish amputees with fitness classes, friendship opportunities and mental health support. Show us some love by giving what you can.

Thank you in advance from Team "I'll just be 2 minutes!" (Anna Carr, Ellie Waugh, Ian Smith, Jen Reilly, Laura Harmon, Lauren Abercrombie, Lindsey Scott, Shona Bryce, Susan Kearney & Lorna Fairley) x
