A group of us totally insane members from Tribe Training have taken it upon ourselves to take part in this Only The Brave event. We range in age and abilities, so this should be interesting!  Lots of fun and laughs as well as we tackle the obstacles during this crazy event! And not forgetting the beautiful mud of course! Let’s hope it rains plenty before the day!! 

For those of you who know me, know I like a challenge. And this certainly will be that. Climbing over obstacles, getting muddy and all for charity. And that’s why I am doing this event. Please if the thought of me getting covered from head to toe in mud and throwing myself over obstacles isn’t enough to have you laughing and donating, then donate as little as £1 for the East Anglian Air Ambulance!

East Anglian Air Ambulance receives no regular government funding and relies entirely on the support of the community.The crews are tasked an average of 8 times a day across the two bases, with each mission costing in the region of £3,750. They can reach anywhere in the region within 25 minutes when every second can make the difference to a patient in their time of need.
