I am again joining a group of ladies from our office, who have come together to take part in the Cancer Research UK's Race for Life.

We are a group of normal ladies; some fit, some not, some are young, some are less young! But we are all dressing in pink and digging out our trainers to take part in this very special event.

I feel strongly about supporting this amazing event and cause, having lost friends to cancer and witnessing the bravery and determination of others to see it on its way!
