This is my 4th Manchester 10k and for the first time, I haven't got my backside into gear to use this as a fundraising opportunity. This is to my shame.

For the past few weeks, I have been following the brave and courageous story of Stephen Sutton and this morning, he lost his battle.  He was a truly inspirational young man and many should follow his lead - including me.  It doesn't take much to make a big difference, so on Sunday, I would like to dedicate my run and raise funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
