Barnabus is one of Manchester's key homelessness charities, providing food, warmth, support and friendship to those in the most need.  Barnabus has a history of supporting those in crisis and also providing long-term assistance to those who find accommodation.  Often the finding of a place to live can be the start of a more difficult journey and Barnabus are there to help.

Over the last 18 months, their task has been made so much harder; providing assistance during a global pandemic.  They have lost many opportunities to fundraise during lockdown and through the cancellation of events.  Despite this, their commitment to the homeless of Manchester has been unwavering and they have continued to provide support despite the challenges of Covid.
