On the 6th of October 2013, I managed to finish the Great Scottish Run 10K within an hour. Even although my sister Michelle unfortunately couldn't run with me, the experience and atmosphere was just incredible. The reason we wanted to take part in this event was to raise money for a charity that is very close to both our hearts and our family, Breast Cancer Care. Without the help of such charities our mum wouldn't be with us today. We are so grateful to everyone who has sponsored and supported us so far and to our friends and family that came along on the day to cheer us on. 

Even although the race is finished, any donations would still be greatly appreciated not only by us, but also from Breast Cancer Care. Out of the  many thousands that ran the 10K, only just over 100 people were running for the Breast Cancer Care charity.  If you can, please help us fundraise even more  for this charity and lets help fight breast cancer together!
