Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am hosting a fundraising gala at the Valley Gardens Band Stand in Harrogate on 20th July 2019 from 2pm. This is in memory and celebration of my Dad. That's me and my dad in the picture.
My dad was 49 when he died of Glioblastoma, a type of brain tumour, last September. Dad was diagnosed in 2016 and had two major operations to remove tumours.
Dad was an actor and musician and worked tirelessly on projects to help homeless people regain their dignity and overcome barriers using the power of music and drama.
He was always brave and fun.
Dad loved Cat Stevens, Pink Floyd, the Beatles and many more. Here is a song we sang together last year.

I will be playing music my dad loved with my band and other bands from school, we will have entertainers, jugglers and even some Storm Troopers turning up. I hope you can make it! Bring a picnic. Please donate via this page now.
Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer.
Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. So please help me raise as much money and awareness as possible.
