Story

In 2017, I participated in my first fund raising event - a 5km Foam run with the kids - in support of The Hospice St Francis. This year, I decided to take it to the next level and do a scary Sky Diving Jump from 10,000 ft or so (OMG!). The 14th August has a special personal meaning for me too - so jumping from so high has extra meaning too - a celebration  to Freedom!

I love this charity because it helps over 2000 people local to me who are managing, or recovering from, serious illness. They help them to live their life well by improving symptoms, working with them to achieve steps to improve their life.

£5 - could fund 2 delicious smoothies which can encourage a patient with poor appetite to enjoy eating again

£20 - could pay for a specialist rehab session to rebuild a grand dad's strength

£40 could fund an hour of a community nursing team providing much needed friendly face at the door in this lonely time

£80 could fund a fun activity like ponny riding for sibbling who lost their mum and to build memories and coping tactics together

£500 would enable the hospice to care for a patient in one of their beds in their In Patient Unit for the day

Please help me raise fund for this wonderful place in Berkhamtead.
