On Sunday 04 October, my colleagues and I jogged, swam, crawled and climbed around a 12K Obstacle and Mud Trail Ram Run course to raise money for Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance.

We did all the hard work (and it really was hard work!) and now we need your help to raise as much money as we can for this worthy cause.

PLEASE make the cuts, bruises, pain and cold worthwhile by giving as much as you can towards my personal target of £100. I went in the river and EVERYTHING!
