Yemen Emergency Appeal · 16 June 2020

Ummah Welfare Trust was founded in 2001 with the goal of challenging the huge poverty and injustice prevalent in the Ummah today. Inspired by the Islamic teachings of empathy and selflessness, the charity strives to support and uplift the impoverished through the beautiful act of charity.

Story

The situation in Yemen is shocking & extremely dire.

Our brothers & sisters are going through one of the worst humanitarian crisis in recent history.

With civil war, famine, cholera and COVID-19 ravaging the country and tightening its grip on our Yemeni siblings, it goes without saying that they need our help now more than ever.

More than 80% of the country is in need of humanitarian aid.

Please take advantage of this opportunity and donate whatever you can. It could mean the difference between life and death.

"Sadaqah extinguishes sins like water extinguishes fire." (Ahmed, Tirmidhi)

Ummah Welfare Trust has launched an Emergency Appeal to assist the Muslims of Yemen.

Ummah Welfare Trust operates on a 100% Donations Policy, every penny of your donation will be going to help people in Yemen.
