UU in the Lakes – Changing the lives of people we may never meet...

This year’s charity challenge will take place in the.  17 of us from water company United Utilities and friends will scale 38, 60 miles of hill walking, 20,000 feet of asent over 4 days.   To make it a bit more interesting the route we've chosen is in the shape of two enormous 'U's.

The monies raised will go towards WaterAid and Mountain Rescue.

Its amazing to think that there are still over 884 million in the developing world that still do not have access to clean water – something we just take for granted every time we turn on the tap!

This year, as well as WaterAid, the Cumbria Mountain Rescue will benefit from our challenge in recognition of the great work they do supporting walkers and climbers in the.
