North and Central Dream Team is completing the Push UPP Challenge to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust. This is a month-long challenge that will run from 1-31st May to do as many push ups, half push ups, press ups, star jumps, or squats as the team are able to.

There will be three trophies which will be presented at the UPP awards on July 7th with the presence of TCT representatives:

Most money raised (by team/individual)
Most number of press ups or alternative (by team/individual)

These will be awarded on a per person/capita basis. E.g. a team of 2 which completes 2,800 push ups will beat a team of 5 which has completed 3,000.There will also be a third trophy for the person who sends a photo/video from the most interesting place (judged by the TCT representative)
