On Wednesday 14 June a group of BT employees
will participate in the Global fundraising event for UNICEF - Dolomites.

With this cycling and hiking challenge we’d like to raise money for UNICEF WASH program.bring our people together and encourage them to collaborate to make a realdifference to children’s lives.

HELP US REACH MORE CHILDREN WITH CLEAN WATER, PROPER
SANITATION AND GOOD HYGIENE

For children to grow up healthy and happy, they need access
to clean water, proper sanitation, and good hygiene. Water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) are basic human rights, that UNICEF is working to uphold forevery child.

It’s about health – a lack of these things causes diseases
that kill over 800 children every day. It’s about time – millions of
children miss out on an education because they spend hours every day collecting water. And it’s about fairness – the most vulnerable children are often the worst affected.

Together with UNICEF we are determined to change this.
Last year thanks to the dedication of over 90 BT employees who hiked and cycled through the French Alps, a fantastic £23,000 was raised to support UNICEF’s global work on water, sanitation and hygiene.

Over 90 personal triumphs, that could provide 90 villages with water pumps. In emergencies like the devastating drought in the Horn of Africa, this money could help fund emergency water and hygiene kits for 590 families.

This year we want to continue our fundraising for UNICEF’s work to build a better world for every child.
