Surrey Veterinary Society, Afro Caribbean Society, FemSoc, MechSoc, Labour Society, Law Society, Surrey ParaSoc and USSU People of the Planet will be collectively running, walking and cycling 4,006.55miles to raise money for Colour of Change and STOP HATE. The distance is from Guildford to Minneapolis where George Floyd was killed and which began the BLM movement that has been displayed in media of late. All the money raised will be split equally and donated to Colour of Change in the USA and STOP HATE in the UK to combat systemic racism.
