Story

On Saturday 15th August, I'm attempting my first ultra marathon. 100km along the Roseland peninsula in Cornwall, with 3300m of ascent and descent. It starts just after midnight, so the first 6 hours will be in the dark and I will be sleep-deprived. It's going to be tough!

I'm doing this to raise money for Harrison's Fund: a charity that funds research into Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. DMD is a terrible condition that is 100% fatal. Most kids with it die in their late teens or early twenties. Most are usually in a wheelchair by the age of 12. It leads to other debilitating complications. About 2,500 kids in the UK are currently living with it.

Harrison's Fund is helping to find a cure, to save the lives of these kids.

If you can spare a few quid, then please donate. I have covered all the costs of doing the event. All of your donation will be going to Harrison's Fund.
