Story
22 veterans are reported to commit suicide each and every day as a result of PTSD from their service. CombatStress.org.uk is the UK's leading veterans' mental health charity. Mental health issues can affect ex-servicemen and women of all ages. Right now, they have more than 6,000 veterans registered with them for support. They're a vital lifeline for these veterans, and their families. So..........
..........Starting on the 28th October 2016 Captain Stuart Viveash, WO2 Marc Giles, WO2 Lee Hollingworth and WO2 Steven Catherwood will begin the ultimate challenge to raise awareness and money for Combatstress.org.uk. Before the birds begin to sing and while many are still tucked up warm in bed, these gentlemen will set off to complete a 22km run. They will pause briefly every kilometer along the route to perform 22 press ups and do this every day for 22 consecutive days. In total they will each cover 484km and perform 10648 push-ups.
