UC Law SF Students for Immigrants’ Rights is asking for your help to support student opportunities to give back to our immigrant community on our upcoming Giving Day!
Our organization seeks to provide members with opportunities to engage directly with the immigration community and to become better advocates for immigrants' rights. We hope to educate our members about the immigration field, effectively engage them in immigration work, and connect students with alumni practicing in the immigration field.
Each year, UC Law SF’s Students for Immigrants’ Rights (SIR) organizes students to participate in a variety of Pro Bono Opportunities, which are only possible through your donations! These opportunities include an annual visit to a detention center to learn about conditions in remote facilities along the southern border, forming connections with local organizations in underserved communities to support their programs, like Citizenship Fairs and DACA-related projects, and more.
Thank you!
