We are fighting to make a world where diabetes does no harm

Story

Back in 2014 I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, totally out of the blue. For 2 years I was letting this hold me back, stopping me exercising and living life the way we should.

2017 was the year I decided to tackle my diabetes head on and take my life back. This run is to prove to myself and anybody who lets diabetes become a barrier in life that it really shouldn't be.

I was doing the Vitality Move event in September which was sadly cancelled last week. This was a to be a 10k run, and as training for that was well underway I thought a bit more of a challenge was needed. Here we are doing a half marathon, you support would be very much appreciated.
