Fundraising for Walking With The Wounded

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
For a few years now we’ve been looking into entering Triathlon’s or some kind of tough endurance event in which we could raise money PLUS awareness for Help For Heroes.
After missing final entry dates to events we came across the London to Paris ride. With years of passion for anything on 2 wheels we signed up !

What is London to Paris -
A group ride which starts from south London whilst over a 5 day period weaves its way through England & France - Last stop - The Eiffel Tower, 300 Miles later !
Unfortunately earlier in 2018 an old colleague Danny Johnson who we served with whilst in the British Army struggled to deal with normality in civilian life. After intense & strenuous tours around the world whilst serving with the Princess of Royal Regiment Danny saw / witnessed things that he couldn’t shrug off. Eventually he took his own life...
To make things tougher for ourselves..
We’ve chosen to ride from London to Paris on a road bike we stripped & rebuilt ourselves.. No Pressure !

Carbon Tri - Bars (6 weeks early from China)
Refurbished Wheels

New Brakes
New Boardman Bar Wraps

New Gearing Cables
Chain Guard Stickers
Total refurbishment cost.. £231.82
