I am raising money for pulmonary hypertension again, putting passion into practice and fighting in Manchester in memory of my Mum. This year marks 10 years since she passed away, and it never gets easier. But to show appreciation and support to other pulmonary hypertension patients and their families I will aim to raise as much money as I can, I appreciate all the support and donations.
