Hi everyone, I’m fundraising in memory of my Daddy who lost his battle to cancer within 3 short months in September 2021. He was diagnosed in June 2021 with throat cancer and the last week of August after weeks in hospital and then a hospice, there was nothing more they could do. I watched cancer destroy the strongest man I know and turn our whole lives upside down within such a short period of time.

This challenge is a great way to get out of the house and live a little again, I had previously completed it a few years ago before I thought cancer would ever be in our family but shortly after completing it I also had a younger sister at 18 diagnosed with cancer and she continues to struggle and receive treatment awaiting the day she hears the word remission but she always has a smile on her face and a positive outlook ❤️

These charities rely on fundraising and groups like this are a great way to get involved and have some fun while spreading awareness for such a brilliant cause.
