***FUNDRAISING TOTAL UPDATE***
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HAS KINDLY DONATED. WITH YOUR HELP I SMASHED MY FUNDRAISING TARGET AND RAISED £1224.90.
THANK YOU :-)
After a lot of deliberation I've signed up for the RideLondon 100. I've wanted to do this ever since I heard about it. But I've always had my doubts about whether I'm capable of doing it. You find all the excuses under the sun to bury the idea and ignore it. Not this time.
At the Meningitis Trust and Meningitis UK I have had the pleasure of meeting some of the most inspirational people of my life. People who have fought back after meningitis and thought nothing of it. So my 'what if' worries about a recurring injury have to take a back seat.
I will have to put in some serious training over the next few months as I want to complete the 100 mile course in 7 hours. I will keep you up to date with training and share some of the inspiartional stories at the Trust along the way. Watch a video of what my family think of this...
If you're on Strava, I will tack my training rides and runs on there - feel free to take a look.

The bike in my profile picture was a piece of art at the Stroud College end of year show last year. I hope to ride something a little more rounded for the actual event :)
