Tubah's Mount Kilimanjaro hike in aid of Amnesty International page

Kilimanjaro Trek - Amnesty International UK · 21 August 2022 to 24 September 2022 ·
Hello everyone. My name is Tubah Roshad. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Child Rights and Development at King's College London.
My passion has always been to assist individuals who have been displaced and are victims of atrocious human rights violations. Having parents from Afghanistan who previously made the perilous trip as refugees to the UK as a consequence of human rights abuses has increased my understanding of the dreadful conditions that vulnerable people face across the world.
Therefore, on the 31st of August 2021, I will set out with my team to climb Mount Kilminjaoro (Africa's highest mountain!!!) for 9 days in support of the organisation Amnesty International. This will test my mental and physical agility since I will have to adapt to low oxygen levels when approaching the peak as well as reach high elevations of 5895m above sea level. In addition to hiking through tough environments.
If you chose to donate to this wonderful organisation you'll be supporting campaigns for the human rights abuses suffered against migrants, refugees, children, women, the LGBTQ community and many more !
Nobody should feel unsafe on this planet. So please assist me in reaching my goal of £3990. Any donation is much appreciated. Thank you so much for allowing me to take part in this once in a lifetime opportunity.
Tubah :)
