Some of you will already know that I'm taking part in the Plymouth-Dakar Challenge this year (though in this case, we're going from Plymouth to Timbuktu).  Once we reach Mali our vehicle will be auctioned for charity there.

However, I thought it would also be good to raise money for something a little closer to home and we've chosen to raise funds for Combat Stress.  Mental health is a subject which is close to my heart and an area that often doesn't receive the resources that it needs.
