IT'S TIME FOR THE NEXT CHALLENGE!!!

This summer the TSLDSC have accomplished many
challenges: The Henley Classic, swimming upstream at 4am (2.1k), swimming around St Michaels Mount (3.5k), the Lyme Splash which put us through our paces with rather choppy conditions. As well as this we have had many training swims
at Lyme Regis and Clevedon.

Now is time for our next challenge to swim
solo across the Solent to the Isle of Wight (4.3k). We have 10 pupils swimming, 10 form the prep school and 3 form the senior school as well as 2 member of
staff, Miss Nicholls (prep school) and Ruth Coomber (Senior school). The swim record is 1hr 05 so will be a good challenge for our fastest swimmers to try
and beat. We are swimming in support for Aspire, an amazing charity providing practical help to people who have spinal injuries, supporting them from injury
to independence.
