Story

At Sheerness Salvation Army, we are committed to supporting and empowering the local community through a variety of initiatives. Our Winter Warm Space provides a welcoming environment for those seeking warmth and companionship during the colder months, while in the summer we run The Hive, a community coffee morning where people can gather for a chat and enjoy the company of others. Alongside this, we offer homelessness support, one-to-one support, and assistance wherever we are able to within our ability. Each project is designed to foster a sense of belonging and connection within the community, and all funds raised will go directly towards enhancing these programmes and other creative initiatives across the Isle of Sheppey. We also meet every Sunday at 4:00pm for worship, offering a time for reflection, fellowship, and spiritual growth.
