Story
Faced with another academic year interrupted by the Coronavirus pandemic and with a number of our boarders forced to learn remotely once again, we are looking forward to the chance to bring the whole community, wherever they may be at the current time, together for a good cause and to support Children's Hospice South West by entering this years Rainbow Run - your way
Whilst depleted in number, in terms of those that are currently on site, the boarding community remains united in it's desire to support the fantastic work that Children's Hospice does for children, and their families, that are seriously ill or with life limiting illnesses.
Over the years, it has become customary for us to done our bright white t-shirts and take to the 5km course at St Mawgan Air Field. This year, much like last, it will be a bit different but there is nothing that will stop us from participating. Friday evening will be spent tie dying t-shirts in an array of rainbow colours and then on Saturday evening we will come together to walk, jog, run, hop or cartwheel our way around 5km on the school field. Those boarders at home will hopefully join in remotely and complete their colourful 5km at home, and of course we are hoping the wider Truro School boarding community, staff and boarders, past and present and indeed anyone connected to Truro School will join in too! The 5km can be completed at any time on Saturday 19th or Sunday 20th June!
