Story

On Saturday 13th July Team True North is doing the legendary DUNWICH DYNAMO.

It's a 200km, through-the-night, bike-ride from London to Suffolk.

No marshalls, no official feed-stations, no broom wagon.

Just thousands of lovely cyclists, in the dark heading for the beach.

This is the third year that True North is doing the Dynamo. Previously we've raised funds for Martin House Hospice that has provided crucial help and support to members of the True North extended family.

But this year we are supporting a different charity...

In December 2017 - just a few months after riding the Dunwich Dynamo with Team True North - our friend Nick (pictured back row, far right, above) was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease.

Nick's life has changed immeasurably since then, but he still retains the same sense of adventure and activism as ever. And he has been helped to live his life to the very fullest by the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

So, this year we are saluting Nick and raising funds for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

Thank you for your donation from everyone on Team True North – it means a lot to us.

Please do take a look at this film that our colleague James Hunt has made with Nick.  And do make sure to watch till the end!
