Like thousands of other people across the UK I am ditching the booze for January and by doing so hoping to raise lots of money for Cancer Research UK. Many of us will be affected by cancer throughout our lives, whether it be friends, family or indeed ourselves. This is just a small sacrifice for me, which will hopefully have a bigger impact of raising awareness of cancer and also to help boost funding for research.

 

Any donation be it large or small will be gratefully received. Why not sponsor me the amount for that large glass of wine you would have otherwise bought me in January had I not been dry? Or why not forgo a night out and make a donation instead? It is for an excellent cause and every sponsorship will make that little bit of difference.
