Whatson Magazine is supporting The Buddy Bag Foundation to help make a difference to children in emergency care. We are raising funds during Covid to provide much needed Buddy Bags for children. Each Buddy Bag costs £25 and contains essential items.

Story

'The Birmingham Big Cycling Challenge' is inspired by the absolutely fantastic Commonwealth Games that took place in our great city over the summer, and you are all invited to take part!

In exchange for a small donation, sign up to book a 10 minute slot on a state of the art exercise bike, kindly donated for the day by The Gym Group, to raise money for The Buddy Bag Foundation, and see how far can you travel in your allotted 10 minute slot.

The two participants who record the greatest distance in their 10 minute slot will face off in a head-to-head final race at 4.30pm, with the winner taking home a prestigious trophy!

Join us on the 4th floor from 4.30pm to cheer on the finalists, and enjoy a refreshment and chance to catch up with colleagues.

A donation of £2 (or £10 for partners) is requested to book your slot, and you can book as many slots as you like provided that you donate each time. Alternatively, you can still join in by nominating a colleague to take part in exchange for a donation of £2 (£10 for partners).

Please do make every effort to support this event, either by taking just 10 minutes out of your day to cycle or by nominating a colleague, but most importantly by making a donation to the Buddy Bag Foundation.
