I am running 100 miles between December 23rd-January 23rd for the Pilgrims Hospice in East Kent.

This time of year can be challenging and to mark 5 years without my Dad I will be pushing myself to get out and run for a great cause!

My Dad spent just over 3 weeks in the Ashford Hospice before he died. They provide such great care to people who are approaching their end of life. They made everything possible for him to be moved home with us where he died with his family around him.
