I am just about to finish off my first year of university and embarrassingly I have to admit it has not been the healthiest year I've had. So yes! this is going to be a hell of a challenge. With the aim of getting healthier (coincidentally before summer :) I thought this would be a great idea to sign up along side a training plan with a few friends.
