I am joining my Deutsche Bank colleagues to take on the challenge of trekking through the mountainous and sweltering region of northern Vietnam (Mai Chau), staying overnight in rural villages in order to raise money for MQ Mental Health Research. MQ strive to create a world where mental illness is understood, effectively treated and ultimately managed.

The trek is self funded and all monies raised will be matched by Deutsche Bank and donated directly to MQ Mental  Health Research.
