Story
At Trinity Homecare, we understand how challenging lockdown has been - particularly for more vulnerable people who haven't been able to get about and do the things they usually would. Not seeing family or friends or doing the little things like visiting the local supermarket can have a huge impact on a person's mental wellbeing.
Our Live-in Care service is a full-time care solution that is given to those who need it most, right in the comfort of their own home. They live life with a TrinityCarer by their side to help them with day-to-day life, whether they need help with personal care or just general companionship.
For the "Trinity Arts and Crafts Challenge", our Live-in Carers and Clients are going to be keeping themselves busy over the next couple of months by creating artistic pieces. Whether it be poetry, knitting, or painting, they will be creating works of art to donate to their local NHS hospitals and GP practices.
Art is a fantastic way for people to express themselves and has proven to reduce anxiety and stress. It is also the perfect opportunity for Live-in Carers and service users to bond, during this difficult time. This, in turn, will also reduce loneliness with more elderly and vulnerable people.
Since we have such a good working relationship with the NHS, we want to show our gratitude by fundraising money for "NHS Charities Together."
Please show your support today by donating to this wonderful challenge that Trinity Homecare and our clients will be participating in. However large or small, the money raised will go straight to the NHS Charities to support our local heroes.
