I am raising money in memory of a brave lady who lost her battle with cancer 23/11/2011. Her name is Karen Sibson and is my partners sister-in-law. Throughout her fight she never lost her sense of humour and managed to remain positive to the end.

I am also raising funds as a thankyou to Christies who are now treating my dad for prostate cancer. He has his surgery 02/02/2012.

05/05/2013 - Quick update on my dad - he is 1 year cancer free.

10/02/2016- I havent been able to do much fund raising over the previous 12 months due to having had 2 operations for different things and also managing to fall on the way to work last March and fracturing 2 ribs. Anyway - I am doing Lent again this year and have given up bread, biscuits, cake chocolate,pastry and licorice. Licorice is my ultimate weakness and so I think this year will be really tough. 

Update on my dad- he is now 4 years clear.
