Story
During lockdown I've dusted off my running shoes. They hadn't seen the light of day for over 4 years so I decided to give them an outing. The first time on my feet they managed to get me as far as the Garden Centre (if you know where I live then you know what a pathetic effort that was!) and after 8 weeks I am running 5k - 3 times a week and super proud of myself! However, its time to step it up a notch and I've decided to join the 100k Your Way challenge in June. So I need to move from 15k a week- which is already a huge stretch for me - to 25k a week to meet the 100k challenge over the next 4 weeks.
I appreciate many of my friends , family and colleagues are furloughed so your support may not be possible, but for those who are in a position to help and can spare some cash for my efforts and importantly help St Richard's Hospice provide their vital services - your generosity will keep me motivated! THANK YOU
PS I will post photos and updates on my running adventures- wish me luck!
