Alanna, Tom and Alexis are teaming up again to compete in the Tri for Life Triathlon on Sunday 8 September. After our successful attempt last year we thought we would come back for a further attempt to compete against our colleagues and raise further money for this just cause.

This involves us doing a 400 meter chilly lake swim (Alexis), a 20 km testing cycle (Tom) and a 5km hilly run (Alanna). The event takes place at Woburn Abbey in Bedfordshire.

We are doing this for the Emily Ash Trust- a small charity who work to improve the lives of children and young people suffering with cancer.  http://www.emilyashtrust.co.uk/index.htm
