Story
Trent Peek, Managing Director at CCM, will be swapping his comfy commute to work in his warm car to facing the elements by cycling on his bike to work and back every single day for one full working week!
Trent will be cycling from Woodthorpe, Nottingham to the CCM office based on the Millennium Business Park in Mansfield. The one way journey is 20 miles long and Trent will be doing this commute two times a day, morning and night, from Monday 16th March - Friday 20th March. The total miles covered during his week-long bikeathon will be 200 miles! A top idea and effort from Trent if we do say so ourselves, and a great way to raise money for a fantastic cause.
All money raised through Trent’s cycle to and from work is going to be directly donated to Sport Relief. Sport Relief brings the nation together to get active and raise life changing amounts of money through the power of sport. In an unjust world there will always be poverty. So we fight inequality wherever we find it by powering local change makers on the ground. The money raised will be used to support people living incredibly tough lives, in the UK and around the world.
