Story

Hilary & Kate will be trekking a half marathon in memory of our Dad, John.  Neither of us are big trekkers (read not at all trekkers) so this is going to be a big physical challenge for us both.

When Dad was diagnosed with dementia it was only really just starting to be talked about in mainstream conversation but since then we both know many families who have been affected by the disease.  We want to help Alzheimer's Society to continue their research and support families like ours.

Please help us by giving what you can and motivating us over the training and these hilly 13 miles!

Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
