Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
On the 6th of July we will be taking part in Trekfest 2013 and will be raising money for World Child Cancer.
A team from work (Spencer Chapman, Elliott Brown, Sean Finn, Scott Callan and Andy Clark) will be attempting this slightly unrealistic challenge.
This is a 54 mile trek through the Peak District which is to be completed in 24 hours.
This seems straightforward enough if you say it quick, but this is the equivalent of setting off walking from Liverpool and stopping when you you get to Huddersfield, or if you prefer from Manchester to Derby or well work your own out and you'll realise what a stupid idea it is - and it's in the Peak District so more hills.
I kind of wish I hadn't just worked those examples out, but it's a bit late for that now.
