It is heartbreaking to watch someone you love so much deteriorate in front of your own eyes.

This walk will be a massive challenge for me, but I want to raise awareness and raise money for a very worthwhile cause.

The Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.  Unfortunately, many families are affected by this illness.  They need love, support and understanding and we all need hope for the future.
