This charity holds a very special place in my heart. 

Anyone who knows me knows my lovely grandad had dementia but sadly lost his battle with this horrible disease 4 years ago on the 2nd of April. 

I try every year to  raise money for this amazing charity as they helped my grandad a  lot while he was alive. The money these amazing people raised allowed him to go to the day centre every Wednesday so my nan could have some down time, as living with someone with dementia has a massive strain on the whole family. 

If you could help me raise as little as £200 I would be extremely happy as a little can go a long way.
