In my profession as a Dietetic Support Worker, I regularly assist Patients who have Dementia and see the affect it has on both patients and their relatives. It is a daily struggle for the patient to make sense of their world and for the relatives who grieve the loss of their loved ones way before they pass.

My friend has experienced this with her dear brother Charlie over the last few years who suffered this terrible disease and recently  passed. I am walking  with her and Lindsay  as a tribute , raising awareness and hopefully raising money for this Charity who offer such fantastic support to anyone affected by this disease.
