Story

Looking forward to the Trek26 Challenge in the Brecon Beacons, walking with Team My Care My Home raising money to support Alzheimer's Society. This is a cause very close to our hearts. This one is for my Uncle Gary, his family and many more families who are affected by this illness. Please donate if you can to help eliminate this disease. Thank you so much! ❤😘 xxx
