Story

My dad David Marshall was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease a number of years ago. Since then we have seen a steady decline in a person that was previously so active, and in particular made a massive contribution to Read Cricket Club amongst other things.

This decline has put a massive strain on our family, in particular my mum Sylvia who Is incredible in her efforts caring for him.

We know that the coming years are going to be very hard, as there is no cure and his condition is going to worsen.

I will be taking part in a 26 mile hike in the Brecon Beacons with team Eastham Promise.

Please sponsor me to help other lives in the future.

Thank you!
